Orders with 11 or fewer bottles will be charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00, and 12 or more bottles will be shipped free of charge.
Once orders are processed and packed, you can expect delivery within 2-6 working days, depending on the location. (slightly longer for rural deliveries) We will email tracking information to you once the wine has shipped.
We currently ship to the USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Monte Christo Winery partners with Wine Collective Direct (WCD), a trusted New Zealand-based wine shipping supplier to manage our export orders.
Shortly after your purchase, you will receive a duplicate order confirmation from Wine Collective Direct, including a link to check the status of your order. There is nothing additional for you to do at this point, except sit back and wait for your wine delivery!
Our international wine shipping rates include all import/export taxes and insurance, ensuring a seamless experience from our door to yours. We use sustainable Thermo Eco, shatterproof packaging and climate-controlled transport to protect your wine during transit.

*USA – We are currently unable to ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, South Dakota, Utah and Vermont.
Please note: Estimated delivery times frames are not guaranteed and can be subject to delay without notification. Reasons for delay can include weather holds, customs processing, airline & shipping line delays and general logistics delays.
Wine received damaged upon delivery will be replaced or fully refunded. Please contact hello@montechristowinery.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you paid for, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it!
